A nascent stage of any project, Project design is where a project's key features, structure, criteria for success, and major deliverables are well planned out and brought to the notice of our clients. The team at SPMC will develop one or more designs which can be used to achieve the desired project goals. Stakeholders can then choose the best of the designs for the actual execution of the project. The project design phase might generate a variety of different outputs, including sketches, flowcharts, site trees, photo impressions, etc.

Typical schematic designs will show the space as well as materials, colors, and even textures. These sketches will be used during the design development to research the equipment needed, along with the cost for them and the materials being used.
